Oklahoma lawmakers & DAs are holding HB 1639, the Domestic Abuse Survivorship Act, hostage.

HB 1639 was created to free incarcerated survivors who defended themselves from their abusers but retroactivity was taken out.

Call Sen. Daniels & Rep. Worthen to ask for retroactivity.
